Post by: august on March 27, 2018, 08:59:55 PM
Is it possible to have Min/Max for incomming call control by the MBG or MiVoice Business?

What I need to do is to block a maximum of call for each DID.  Exemple DID #1 max 5 calls, DID #2 max 10 calls....

Is it possible?

Not directly... This typically only needs to be done with ACD or hunt groups, so you basically set it up when they are busy or at their capacity they return a busy signal.

Create multiple SPPs, set a max number of channels on each, and use the SIP Peer Profile Assignment by Incoming DID accordingly? Might just work.

Actually, the more I think about it this will probably work... Depending on the number of DID's you need to restrict, although 250 SIP Peer Profiles are allowed per system.

Great tip, Dogbreath.
I've never thought of that.
If you want to restrict one DID then that would be an easy way to do it.
