Title: VM Greeting playing internally but not externally

Mitel 3300

Just been given responsibility for our phone system so fairly new to Mitel but have worked previously on Panasonic and Samsung systems.

Got a problem with a Recorded Greeting that plays successfully when dialling extension internally.  When dialling from external source to extension, a default system greeting plays.  VM settings for extension are same as a working extension.

Any ideas?
