Title: unusable username

My customer wants to change the login names to be in the format first initial last name. So I did that.

I also gave him configurator access to change users and passwords and hunt groups.
The system will not log in with at username. If I change the username to anything else it works except for his name.

Any ideas why a particular name would be blocked?

What is the username you are trying to use that doesn't work?

The only thing I am aware of is that they must be at least 4 characters long and the only non-alphanumeric characters you can use that I am aware of are _ and - unless maybe other countries keyboard characters are allowed; which I never tried.
