I have a new customer we are taking from a different vendor.
Version 6.0.11.117
The current setup has a call coming to a hunt group and timing out to the voicemail system. There is a mailbox setup for the hunt group with the notification phone as a phantom.
When someone leaves a message the notification is left on a third phone. Ie the message and envelope button flash.
They have 2 divisions set this way.
2 have switched divisions and we just moved the phones and changed the extension list in the hunt groups to reflect the change.
How do I get the notification to change?

Most likely they have a Phone Manager server
Login to the Phone Manager server and go to Features - Communication Service - Group Messaging and change which extensions receive notification
Or if they just need one phone to have message notification - change the hunt group mailbox notification phone

If a phantom is the message notification station, they could have used DEE to light the message lamps.
Check to see if the phantom extension has a User profile.
