Title: transferring call in Ignite

Suddenly yesterday users in Ignite can no longer transfer calls within the application.  Does anybody know what could have caused this, or what the resolution is?

Seems that not many people are using Ignite? ?
I have asked a couple questions with zero responses lately?

Were you able to figure it out on your own?
IF so, let us know. We have not even tested that option yet.

Is this desktop Ignite or web ignite?
