Title: Mitel 6867i with Plantronics headset cuts out when call recording is disabled.

Hi All and I'm new to this forum,

I have an interesting issue with Mitel 6867i voip phones!

When disabling call recording using *81 , the Plantronics C052 Wireless headset cuts out and the handset can be picked up to take the call.  When call recording is resumed using *80, the C052 will start working again.

Anyone experience this issue? know what the problem might be, or have a solution to the issue.
