Hello,
I'm having an issue with a set of DIDs all at the same location. You don't hear any ring back when calling. The employee hears the phone ring. I have a few 100 DIDs from this particular vendor and no issues any where else. I have 4 resilient sites programmed off site A. The set of DIDs that's not working are programmed off site A. The 3 other resilient sites are also programmed off site A and they work fine. I get intermittent success when I reboot a piece of equipment and call one of the numbers I will get a ring back. However, the next call dead air. When comparing a wireshark capture between a working DID and non working. I noticed that our equipment never sends the 180 SDP (g711U telephone-event) to our providers adtran.
I changed the following in Sip Peer profile
Allow Using UPDATE For Early Media Renegotiation from no to yes
ignore SDP answers in provisional responses from no to yes
after I changed these I would get a ring back and then dead air.
appreciate any advice.

In the end the provider made some more changes which resolved my issue.
