Title: 6940 IP with PKM695

I have an 6940 IP phone with an attached PKM694, when programming a 'Dss/BusyLamp' key on the the PKM keys the LED light stays green and doesn't go red when the extensions is busy.
No sure if its a Class of service issue or programming?

You are not the only one. It appears that the lamps don't work and the info required appears in the display (using the icons I assume) and the three keys at the bottom are not used if on a MiVB installation.
