Title: Packet loss and Jitters

I've had a few incoming calls advise that the calls are cutting out at the beginning of the call and i'm useless when it comes to network related issues.
Looking at the voice quality stats it shows sporadic calls/sequence numbers with packet loss and jitters
There are no alarms detected on the links.
MBG Logs are showing minor alarm:excessive jitter.

Not sure where to go from here?

You need to be clear on whether "cutting out" means they are losing sound or whether it means the call is disconnecting.
Show us the actual line of VQ stats for the test call and describe exactly what the user's experience is with that call.
