Title: Copy phone programmable keys to another phone on another system

As the subject line says, does anyone know of a way to have a user's keys copied over to another phone system? I have a user who has a phone in location A, and a second desk phone in location B. Each location has its own Mitel 5000 Server and they are networked together (i can see location B through the location A system). I cannot see a way to export the config, and I can copy the phone but cannot paste to an off-node device.

To my knowledge this is not possible even in networked systems... The keys are unique to the user and site and cannot be copied from system to system.

That is correct. They can be copied/pasted between stations on the same node, but not across nodes.

xxovermetalxx,

Typcially, in networked systems the sites will have similar phones and keymaps; you may be able to find one similar to what they have now.
