Hi,
I've deployed a Mitel Business console to a user, everything things to work great apart from the voicemail access.
The voicemail button doesn't appear to do anything, it looks to be non functional and whenever i try and transfer to voicemail by calling the voicemail number i get a 'Interconnect Failure' error message.
I've checked the system and dont appear to have any interconnect restrictions in place and i cant see any other obvious restrictions.
Do i have to apply any special configuration? I can call other users fine from the solution.
We are using MiVoice Business 8 and NuPoint Voicemail.
