Title: Hi I am new to this fourm as rotarydialtommy

I have been in telecom since 1971 and I got my first Mitel training in 1974 or 1975  . I have worked on Mitels until the 3300 came out as a replacement for the sx2000 I knew it was time to think about retirement ,So i did in 2009 , and went to work for a new company .

Welcome to the forums!! I am sure you have a lot of knowledge to impart to the younger generations as it seems basic telephony and troubleshooting eludes the majority of the new technicians.
