Title: MiCollab replaces spaces with 0
Post by: Jeremy on February 14, 2018, 10:49:26 AM
Hello All,

I'm busy testing MiCollab to be rolled out to our whole company but I've noticed that when using click to call from our CRM system it's replacing spaces in phone numbers with a 0.  Eg '01234 567 890' is dialled as '0123405670890' - any ideas how I can resolve it?  It's been suggested that I use Dial String Editor but that obviously has to be done per user and per number which won't go down very well if I have to make 60 users edit every number they call!

Any ideas?

Thanks

The numbers need to be edited to remove the spaces, or insert dashes (ignored by MiCollab if I recall correctly), or perhaps the CRM needs to strip out all spaces. Ran into something like this once before, worked with support and nothing could be done in MiCollab.

Ok, thanks - I'll give that a try.
