Title: Mivoice Business Console - Night Service two

I have an issue relating to the Mivoice Business Console
When the receptionist places the phones onto 'Night Service 2' which reroutes to an ring group that allow other users to answer the line however after a short period of time it flicks back to day mode and is showing operator 'not present'.
When this occurs, people trying to get through on the main line...cannot.
The consoles COS  - Attendant Busy Out timer is currently set to 1440.
So I'm unsure what is causing the console to switching the operator to day mode after setting the console to night mode

Check the same cos in the trunk

Is this a new install or an existing system where this trouble just started after working ok ?

Check the same cos in the trunk -
Attendant Busy Out timer is currently set to 1440 in the trunk cos.

Trunk cos also has Attendant Busy Out timer to set 1440

 Attendant Busy Out Timer : when it's set to 1440 this feature is disabled. you have to change the value to 990 for example ( in the console Cos + trunk cos )
