Title: Inbound Caller ID

Incoming calls are answered by Hunt Group or Extension list (IP/Digital phones), Is it possible to have the HG name or Extension list name show on phone display instead of the Callers Caller ID?

Route it through a Call Routing Application first, it will then show the name of the CRA as well as the number, dependant on phone type and Flags.

Outside Party Call Information Has Priority
