Title: New user to CCC

I have a client that has added a new user. In the past when they changed agents we just renamed the user and CCC updated that info overnight.
This time they have expanded to a completely new user. Is there a command to export the 3300 info to CCC?

In YSE, click on Media Servers and then click the "Run" icon up the top to synchronise.
