Title: mitel 3300 cxi controller hard drive fail

hello
i have got a problem with my MITEL 3300 cxi hard drive failed. how ever i would like to install another hard drive which requires new software.
can any one guid me where i can download the soft ware . i realized that no software at the MITEL official website.

You will need a mitel account though to access and go to the software downloads section

Unless you have Software Assurance you will have to keep the software level the same, you won't be able to install the latest software.

Also don't forget you will have to do the correct format on the drive before it will work. This has to be done via the serial port.
