Title: Modify FTP Server

I'm running the MiVoice Business release 7.1 PR1.  I know it's old, still working with my provider to schedule an upgrade.

I am in the process of upgrading to a new FTP server and I need to modify the server that the 3300 backs its configuration up to.  All documentation tells me to go to the External FTP Server form, but I cannot find it in the configuration.  I'm wondering if once it's configured the form disappears?  If so, how do I go about changing the FTP server address?

Click in "Display Alphabetically" in the tab above the forms bit and look for External FTP server in the list (where it says "view by category)

Thanks.  I was doing that and it wasn't showing up.  Unfortunately silly me didn't think to try under a different account that perhaps had just slightly more authority than mine!
