Title: Voice mail forwarding to another extension

I have a user who when he hits his voice mail button it rings a different extension at another location. What feature code disables this so he can access his voice mail?

I'm guessing it's really the message key, not voice mail. Press the message key, then * (star) to clear the lamp.
