Hi.
From nupoint mailbox used as call flow. When i forward a call (blind or supervised transfer) to mivoice console. After 125s ( no answer forward timer) i have a message "welcome to message center....." if there is any way to keep the call in the console untile the operator take the call?

That's a long time for a call to go unanswered (30+ rings). Options might be deployed Call Rerouting of some nature or an Express ACD Group? That's off the top of my head - there may be something obvious I'm not thinking of.
