Title: Nupoint user hav to wait to use their mailbox after they transfer msg to another

NuPoint (recent release...installed in February, can't recall the number...) on a Dell MiCollab server.

It seems when a user transfers a msg to another mailbox, it makes their mailbox inactive for a short bit, I'm assuming while the system transfers the data. Users are on a robust GIG network, but that shouldn't have any bearing on the issue since the transfer is an internal one in the NuPoint...any ideas what would cause this?

I see this sometimes when we get sudden disconnects between the endpoint and nupoint - like a network glitch for instance. Is this on all message transfers?
