I am fairly new to the 3300 and working on an older system.
The customer is complaining that one of their agents voice on the recording is very quiet. The customers are also complaining about low audio.
This is a call center type environment with COS the same for many agents and this is the only one with this problem. The agent in question is usually quite loud in person.
Any suggestions?

If it is only one person having the issue then it is most likely not a problem with how the system is programmed, but the physical hardware they are using. We used to have that issue a lot when users with headsets would forget to change their batteries and then complain that the system was "acting" up.
