I am trying to create a new user to allow access to the Contact Center Client. In YSE I gave them the Agent Role and under Supervisor License I selected None. However when trying to logon to CCC I get the following error "The employee has insufficient permissions or licensing to access the application." If i set the Supervisor License to Advanced they are able to logon however they have additional access that is not needed.
What I am trying to accomplish is that they are able to logon, but not make any changes to Shared Profiles. I want to give all agents this access, but if they change it on the shared profile it impacts everyone.
Thank you for your assistance.

Check out the security role permissions, you may need to edit or create a new appropriate role for the access you want to provide.
you will want at least
May access Contact Center Client/Ignite
May access the real-time monitors
May manage the appearance of real-time monitors for personal use (Personal profile)
May control my real-time status in Interactive Contact Center

Thanks for the info. I created a new role with minimum suggested and left Supervisor License to None and they still could not logon. Once I set the Supervisor License to Advanced it worked, but again they have access to make the modifications.

Have you tried assigning them a contact center voice license?
Have you assigned the employee an agent?

Thanks to your guidance about the Security Role I was able to find the solution. Here is the section that was relevant.
