Title: Call forward

Hi,

I have a 3300 MXE III and i configured the call rerouting for ip phone to ring my cellular, internal its working but when i tried to call external the DID number of my phone it goes operator. I tried already to configured on my phone ALWAYS to my cellular and its ring to operator.

Is there any way to solve this.

Sounds like the COR on your trunks is incorrect...

Are you sure you  have a call rerouting for your phone for external calls? DID calls?

Two things:
1) It's possible (Probable) that your trunks have an intercept to the operator.
2) The COR of your incoming trunks does not allow outside calls.  When you forward off prem, the COR that applies is the one assigned to your trunks, not the phone that's forwarded.
