Title: 5624 Wifi Handsets - Where do they get the time & date from ?
Post by: Bobbley on October 10, 2017, 11:57:56 AM
Hi all,

Where do the 5624 wifi handsets get their time and date from ?

I've got 2 fully working handsets with different times and different dates on...

The menu options lets you change the time and date format, but not the actual time and date (from when I can see, happy to be proven wrong !)

Kind Regs,
Bobbley

DHCP Option 42... try setting it to 216.239.35.4 (time2.google.com) or some other NTP server depending on location.

Thanks again ACE,

If anyone's interested or didn't know there's some software called WinPDM which helps greatly with the setup of wifi handsets.
