Title: MiVoice Border Gateway(MBG) doesn't allow SAC registrations from Private IP

Hi Guys ,

I have recently observer that my MBG doesn't allow MiNet/SAC registration from a teleworker device with private IP ( 10.X.X.X or 192.168.X.X) or we can say from a device which is not behind NAT .

MBG version is 9.3

Do you guys have any IDEA?

Doesn't make sense. It shouldn't have a problem with this. Also if it's not behind a NAT, it technically is not a teleworker phone. No license required.
So, have you added the private IP ranges to the network list (trusted)?

Also are you able to connect from public IP's (you mentioned private IP's are problematic). If so is your MBG in Edge (server-gateway), DMZ or LAN mode?
