Looking on a controller running ICP ver 9. Don't know what type of chassis it is. I know it has an E1 card with part number 56006113 and I am hoping to install MiVB rel 8 on it. I want to know if
T1E1 Resiliency-DSP-VEC-STRATUM4 MMC - 56006113
is compatible with current software but I am struggling to find this part number anywhere other than forums posts. Part number is not in THB or engineering guidelines.
Further, I am not sure what the chassis is. Haven't managed to find anything in the web interface.

Looks like it's a CX:
Progress Monitor->SysServices::appStartupPart2 CX Platform (192.168.1.2) Booting Software version: 9.0.3.29 System Relink: No relink has been applied. Call Control Relink: 3900031511 Abnormal reset, cause: (0x103) SOFTWARE_RESET

I think that is the PCB number not the part number.
It looks like it could be a T1/E1 Combo. I have one installed in a CX with MiVB 8.0
I don't believe the CX are compatible with Dual T1/E1, only the combo is supported.
The CX should be fine, you will most likely have to upgrade the RAM to 512MB though.
You can confirm system model type by using Shell Command

Yup, should be OK but as said you may need to upgrade the memory. Remember though that that card is for a single ISDN30 the other connection being the reslient connection to another controller running the same card NOT another E1 circuit that can be used to make calls on.

I have the RAM upgrade on my desk, so no probs there. Site definitely only has 1xISDN30 and no other equipment with E1.
T1/E1 combo card makes sense - AIUI combo has DSP and E1 on it so "combo" sounds like the right name, as DSP is also mentioned in the card description.

so is a CX according to the linked forum post. Was also able to use ataShow to confirm that it has a 40GB hard drive.
