Title: Polycom soundstation 2 - using hook flash for record a call
Post by: rick on September 27, 2017, 04:56:51 PM
My customer wants to be able to use the record a call feature on his analog polycom conference room phone.
However, it doesnt have a hook flash key to invoke the feature.
Does anyone know how to perform a hookflash on the polycom and then what to do to start the record a call?

The Conference/Join button sends a flash... You probably will need to program it, I think the default is 100ms, you can change it to 600ms and it will probably do what you need. See the User Guide of the specific model for how to program it.
