Hu guys ,
i have an issue with mivoice console
i can use the console with the session (Eric)
but when im logged on the same computer with a different session ( Tom) i can't: "transport channel is down.directory services are unavailable"
When i exucute the console from Tom session as administrator it works. My Customer doesnt want to give admin access to Tom.
Why it works with Eric and not Tom ?
They have the same rights.

with who's id did you install the software? I'm guessing Eric's?

do you mean Directory number ? if yes .
from eric or tom you can use only one directory number ( attached to the same mac addrress)

no I meant when you installed the software on the PC, which windows credentials did you use?

I'd run the wizard under the second user

try give the second user same rights as the first user on the installation folders etc for the console.
Sounds like a permission problem, unless you are trying to run them simultaneously then you likely have a licensing problem

U can not run to extension at rhe same time.

My client has removed admin rights for the console users and it's a big problem.

U have to run the wizard a second time for each session

Try running the software as an administrator from the user you are having trouble with.

Yeah we have made a procedure for computer support to run the wizard, not giving any rights, and It's working OK. The console attendants are changing regularly so they need it.
