				Hello to all, Yesterday I did a mistake pushing the button "Start Backup" inside in Maintenance and Diagnostics... Ok so Start the backup progress... for a long time..., actually when I came back to my workplace in the morning, the browser still showing the same message!!! ok so I closed my browser and when i'm trying to login again, guess what? the ESM page doesn't appear!
 
 The ICP 3300 is still working ok, processing phone calls ok, trunking ok and of course pinging ok.
 
 I read that maybe is the WebServer, so I stop and restart the service after connect through the Shell using PuTTY 2002 port RAW:
 
 To stop the webserver: ts WebServer
 To start the webserver: tr WebServer
 To check status: i WebServer
 
 NAME        ENTRY       TID    PRI   STATUS      PC       SP     ERRNO  DELAY
 ---------- ------------ -------- --- ---------- -------- -------- ------- -----
 WebServer  websvxmain__  45ec800 160 PEND        1d9b8e4  5158030  380003     0
 value = 0 = 0x0
 
 I read that the status should be PEND+T
 
 As you see I can't solve the problem using this method.
 
 What I have to do?

 I would reboot the system. I've had issues in the past (I think MCD 4.x) where only a reboot would fix it.

 command :
 
 iPVM_Stop

				I would just wait for the evening and reboot.
 
 Wait, now that I think of it, last time I did this the thing died on me and I was still on the phone with Mitel at 3AM trying to repair it (an MXe Server) !

 Make sure you have a backup. Just in case.

 Hi Folks, thank you all for your answer, I did this procedure and didn't work, so I had to restart the system and now it's working ok.
