Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I was wondering if there was a way that the 3300 could/would turn on DND by itself? I have a few users who claim this to be the case. Keep in mind that they also have MiCollab clients. Are their any reports that I may be able to look at to see if this is the case?
Thanks,

Sure, seen this before if they have Outlook Calendar Integration enabled, the default status for "Busy" in the calendar puts the phone in DND.

I also had a user recently who put a phone lifter on her handset to go with her headset - the lifter was occasionally physically pressing the key that had "DND" programmed on it...

Now that's funny. :)

[Edit] I basically repeated everything acejavelin said in a less intelligent fashion.

That is to say my repetition was less intelligent. I'll stop digging.

acejavelin,
Good call on the outlook integration, only.....it is currently not enabled. I have asked if they have DND enabled on any of their statuses. See if I get anywhere on that. I also opened up a ticket with Mitel on it. They gave me some feedback to look in the uca.log(s). I'll be checking into that too.
Thanks,

I had some ports (not phones) doing that, screwing up with a call center. Mitel said it was a bug caused by a backup running on the ICP when the ports were in use. Considering the backup were running in the middle of the night, I have my doubts, but after a few occurrences it stopped happening.
