Title: Voicemail from Micollab client

Hi,

Im not able to read voice messages from Micllob client and from Web ucs.
i can view the new messages but when i click on play , nothing happen.
From deskphone , i can heard the message

Any idea ?

It's probably going to depend on your version and how MiCollab is deployed, but my gut instinct is that there's a firewall port at play. From the client or web are you on the internal network or outside of it?

Do you use NuPoint to send the message via email? I like that option best of all.
 
We've found the link to get the voicemail isn't very reliable.
 
The "Request playback call" from MiCollab Client should work OK though?
