Title: Hosted User Serivce Guide

Hello,

Trying to add a new key and I received the error the value already exists in the hosted user service guide. I don't know what this is or how to find it. I tried looking up the number in maint. cmd but no luck.

That means you have an issue in SDS that is going to require SDS Debug... if you are not familiar with doing it, I strongly suggest opening a ticket with Mitel and working with support. It might just a simple entry issue, but in many cases I find that if there is one error, there are more hiding that need to be cleaned up as well.
