We just installed a few 5340's, if they are on teh 192.168 network they pull a DHCP address no probelm, if they are on 10.#.#.# they do not pull a DHCP address and just sit at the DHCP discovery screen. I'm at a loss because our other phone models work on the 10.#.#.# network (5212, 5224, 5235). DHCP Scope options are the same for both networks as far as I can tell

There's a lot going on here. How are those networks segmented and how is DHCP served on each one?

issues resolved.
In DHCP scope- scope options - 125 mitel - the vlan option was set, removing the vlan hex value fixed the issue
