Hello,
I have an issue where if you call location A and the employee picks up and tries to transfers the customer to an employee at location B, if that employee at B doesn't pick up instead of going to their voicemail box it rings back the original employee at location A.
I think this would be a COS option but I cannot figure out which one. If anyone could asset me that would be great.

It's the No Answer Recall timer. Set it longer than the call forwarding timer.
Check the transferring station and the IP trunks.
