Title: MITEL Softphone and SRC call recording

HI,

does any one know if the mitel SRC supports softphones ? our company has just brought a call recording solution that is working for physical handsets but not for softphones.

I have found one mitel document from 2007 that says they are not supported am wondering if support is now available in 2017

Any info greatly appreciated.

What solution are you using for Call Recording?
MiVCR (Oaisys)

I know a site that used Minet Softphones with call recording on SRC/Oaisys.

I think you need direct call recording (softphone subscribed to SRC), indirect call recording isn't support (from memory)

We have a customer recording UC360 SIP endpoints with Xarios via SRC so can't see why a softphone would be any different.

softphone should work just fine.
