Title: 5448PKM - all LEDs are blinking

The secretary's phone's 5448 PKM started blinking. All of the LEDs blink in synch. We rebooted both the phone and the PKM, it's still doing the same thing. Any ideas, other than replacing it?

Power supply gone west? Did you reboot after removing the power supply to it?

It pulls power from the module on the phone. We tried a spare PKM unit, same issue. I'll assume it's a bad module and replace that.
