Title: REVERSE TRANSFER REJECTED

Our operator phone is a company extension that rings for overflow (caller presses 0 for operator). The phone is typically answered remotely by an available salesman (pick up receiver and press 40), but I have a particular user that attempts to answer it she receives REVERSE TRANSFER REJECTED. Any thoughts?

FirstSource,

My first thought would be that the users Attendant is not set to the same extension as all of the other users.

Go to the users phone

System / Devices and Feature Codes / Phones / Local / {ext} / Associated Extensions / Attendant

Verify that it is the same as one of the users that works properly.
