Hi,

How to redirect all calls from the console (bothside in and outside) to another extension?

can some one help for this.

Best way to do that is to set up Call Forwarding Always in Night 2 mode.

I think Ralph means Call Rerouting, setup a Reroute Always Alternative point, set it to set the Call Reroute Always options to the new point you just created and to "forward" calls you place the system in Night 2 service. You can't forward a console's LDN calls (I'm not sure you can forward a consoles main DN either, haven't tried something like this with a console in a long time).
