Title: Message Waiting indication(MWI) is not working in Mivoice Office 250

Hi,

My MiVoice Office 250 is on Version 6.2 SP2 version. If i make an intercom call, and release voicemail, i don't see the MWI on. It is the same issue if i use embedded voice mail or nupoint voice mail. I really see 2 places that need to be enabled for MWI under SIP Peer. I am using IP Phones(5360). Not sure what i am missing. In my experience, it is pretty straight forward for MWI to work with embedded Voice Mail.

pradeepgali,

You have to leave a message that is at least 5 seconds long before it is a valid message.

I assume you have programmed the Message Notification/Retrieval application under the Voice Processor?

Thanks for the response. I just added the Message Notification/Retrieval. Now the the MWI started working.
