Anyone else verify this ? I'm still being told Mitel no longer sell these. Is it possible to buy second hand licenses ??

I'm told Mitel no longer support the 8600 series handsets and therefore do not sell the licenses required anymore ??

We hadn't changed anything. Last thing we had done (by an engineer) was install some more licenses.
The engineer that attended implied some form of corruption and passwords between units getting out of sync.
Anyways i now know a lot more than i did about the Mitel 5000 :)

Thanks that was a great help, we're now back up and running. I do however still have an invalid software license alarm from yesterday which I can't seem to clear with the usual 8850 or 8851. The system is however functioning correctly as far as I can tell and not resetting.

Ok so we have a Mitel 5600 which lost Voicemail late last week, so we rebooted.
Since then all we see is Waiting for PS, and we've no idea why?
The last thing we had Mitel engineer do is add more handset licenses ?

Any ideas anyone ?

I have this porblem as our ps-1 is out of sync with the rest. I'm assuming then that revealing how to reset the password is not allowed ???
