Title: prairieFyre - Contact Center Client not in sync

Hi,
Can anyone tell what is causing the status and info on Contact Center Client not updated on real time?
For example, when an agent finishes call, the status is still showing ACD.
When an agent is in a call, another incoming call goes to her.
The counter on Queue graph is not showing correctly as well.
The agents have to close and open Contact Center Client to fix the problem.

What exact version of CCM do you have installed? I've seen similar issues, but it was a bug in the PrairieFyre and they fixed it with a patch.
