Title: VIPER error

i get the below error every 2 minutes

I'm not sure on this one.
Try entering the maintenance command "DBMS Check Full" to see if you have database errors.

Assuming the DBMS check comes back clean, run a backup, and reset the system.

I did DBMS ch full but still have the same problem
i connected via secure telnet port 2002 and made appShutdown and the system back to normal
