Title: Mitel two PBX 3300 out of services

Hi,

We got several PBXs , however there was two site got connection problem(e.g A and B), site B can call to Site A, however Site A when dial to site b number will got out of services.

I did the state xnet all , it showed established. wondering anything I can check?

I had a similar problem once.
You could call one way and it would work and then call the other direction and it would say out of service.
I went through all the programming and it was correct.  I had Mitel tech support review the programming and it was correct.
I backed up the systems and did a data restore and that didn't resolve it.
A work around was to send the calls intended for that pbx through a different pbx so the calls would get there.

I then discovered that if in the ARS route (here's where I'm fuzzy on what I did) I either changed it from "Direct IP Route" to "XNET trunk" (could be the reverse of that) and it worked.   Left it that way.

You can try to remove the feature DN in the cluster element form.  If it work after that, it means that the digit you put is in conflit with other programming.

Thanks ralph, it changed another way, from XNET trunk to DIRECT IP route, then it works..very odd.

this is the only site I have do on this way, all the others site can connect XNET  trunk

Exactly my experience.   I never could figure out why.
