Title: 5550 IP Console Menu

I recently installed the 5550 IP console (ver 3.0.4.2 )software on a new win7 32 bit build. It is all working ok apart from an inability of the software to display the file menu. Have tried about every key combination thinking it was just hidden but nope.

Can anyone assist?

If I can remember correctly, the fix was to run it in "compatibility" mode as administrator.
It's been a long time since I've wrestled with that so please forgive me if I don't have it right.

Nope, tried this. When I change the shortcut to run in XP Compatibility mode and run as administrator it hangs on the splash logo. Take off comp mode and it runs but no menu.

3.0.4.2?!?! What version of 3300 software are you running? This version is not compatible with any Vista/7/8 version of OS... If memory serves me correctly you need to be at least at 3.5 or 3.6 of the 5550 console software to use it on Win7, even with 32-bit.
