Had a call with Mitel for this a couple of months ago, in version 8.x it is the "key press timer" and from 9.x this option is replaced by "Enable Device Configuration" to activate the complete menu.

it's weird, i compared mine and yours is almost the same size.

you got it in \ var \ mitel-phoneloads \ tftp \ xxxxx   ??

I compared yours and mine with notepad ++ compare: they are identical.

I think it's a hostname problem ( the error below)

in the logs I have a problem with the name resolution, like the phone is trying to reach the Tftp server via its domain name (I don't have a dns server to do the resolution) instead of its address ip

Very strange our lab system is also not available via DNS only on IP. Are the phones in another subnet? Have you tried to factory reset one phone?

YES, phones in another subnet ( ip helper) , the phone is up , it s mean that i don't have any network issue.

what is you DNS/ hostnames and addresses / domains parametrs in the server manager ?

There is a DNS forwarder configured so the config is not available. We have programmed our company domain and used our internal DNS servers.

Can you double check if TFTP is blocked in anyway from that different subnet?

OK very strange, what version of MiVB have you installed? Is the MiVB the DHCP server or are you using an external? Wich version software are the phones running?

Currently ticket open. But for me, it doesn't matter ex or mxe or mivb...

I found the problem.  In my dhcp server ( in server manager) in the fqdn or ip field: I had set 192.168.1.1,192.168.1.2 (primary and secondary) the system considers because of the comma that it is a fqdn and not two ip addresses  .  So either you have to put a single address in the fqdn or ip field or put both addresses in the Ipv4 field.
