Title: Outside Directory

What is the outside directory and can a user edit it? When you press it the phone gives error and displays no dir entries available.

That would be the SYSTEM SPEED DIALS, available at SYSTEM/PHONE RELATED INFO in database programming, also available through administrator's web account.  End users can not modify the list (but each has 12 STATION SPEED DIALS of his own).
