Ralph's Rule of Thumb:
The bigger the executive, the easier you have to make it for them.  (Same for Doctors, Lawyers and PHDs  ;D)

Definitely a good rule of thumb.  Every once in a while, you'll get someone who started out as an engineer, and they surprise you.  My recently retired CEO still had his old HP calculator that used the reverse Polish notation method of entry that boggles my own mind.  Needless to say, he was very self sufficient.
