Mitel Software Applications / Hot Desk User License Issue

We have a customer with a small call center. They have 15 users that has been using hot desking for around ayear. They recently increased their size but cannot log in over 15 users at a time. It is a first in/ first out kind of thing. all users can log in but only 15 at a time. I ordered 25 new hot desk licenses through Mitel and applied them, but still can only log in 15 phones at a time. The new licensing for a total of 40 external hot desk users. Not sure if external is correct but that is what Mitel ordered and said would work. Am I missing something in the MiCC or PBX?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Very Basic Question regarding AMC Sync

Sorry for the basic question, but it's been several years since I did a new install of a Mitel 3300.

I logged in and created a new ARID through the AMC and applied the licensing. I got the system turned up and have logged in but when trying to sync the AMC in the licensing form, the field to enter the new ARID I created is grayed out.

I am sure I am missing something very basic, but cannot figure it out.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Polycom Trio 60 and CCX 600

We recently acquired a company that has an existing Mitel 3300. I have programmed several Polycom IP 6000 and 7000 phones with no issues. I can't seem to get the Polycom trio C60 or the CCX 600 to cooperate. Any ideas or guides out there to help me out?

I have multiple IVR's built, but have one that will not respond to DTMF tones when pressing each option. I thought it might be a COS option, but others are working with the same COS?

Mitel Software Applications / Call Recording with Hot Desk users

We have recently converted some ACD agents/queues to Hot Desking and noticed our call recording is not working. The only changes made were moving from a 53xx series phone to a 69xx series phone and started using hot desking. Anyone have any issues like this?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Multiple Companies One Controller

I have a virtual 3300 running 8.x software. The company has decided to move a couple smaller companies under their umbrella and in the same call center. They have one SIP trunk (with 100 channels) to the carrier. I have their incoming calls into multiple ACD queues and that works fine. My question is how can we make outgoing calls from the same call center phone appears as different caller ID depending on which company customer they call.

I know I am missing a setting of some kind, but cannot find it. Have a night message (Night1) that plays a message and gives the option to press 1 for after hours support and press 2 for a 1-800 number. The message plays correctly but when pressing 1 or 2 is says this extension cannot be dialed.

I have a customer with an IVR set up through YourSiteExplorer. Currently it only plays the message to one caller at a time. The second caller hears ringing until the IVR finishes on customer 1. Is there a way to open more ports or build a hunt group so that multiple people all hear the IVR at the same time when calling in.

I am trying to set up a MLAA. Mitel 3300 embedded VM. I have the MLAA built as menu-node. I have the menu portion built at transfer only VM boxes and they work dialing them directly. I have tried multiple posts found here but nothing is working. When I dial the MLAA I get out of service. I read here to build a hunt group with the same number as the MLAA and forward to VM pilot. I do that and it goes to the normal VM message pool. I have tried to upload the message the VM box but it is either not taking the message or I have some config wrong. Any thoughts?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 911 ARS routing to multiple carriers

I have searched and cannot find a topic that covers what i am looking for. We are consolidating 7 physical 3300 controllers into 1 virtual controller. The 7 existing controllers covers multiple cities with different local calling as well as different PSAP 911 centers. I was thinking about repurposing their existing MBG's for use with SIP trunking to each carrier. That seems to work correctly building dialed digit mapping pointing to each MBG for each city. My question is the 911 routing. Is their any way to route 911 calls from the same controller to multiple carriers?

For example, extensions 1-10 has a CESID of 5551212 and that needs routed to carrier A. Extensions 11-20 has a CESID of 5552323 and needs routed to carrier B. Is this possible?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / ACD hold time notification

Mitel 3300 8.0 SP3 software load 14.0.3.19

We are currently using ACD queues for our call center. I have saw with a couple other PBX customers that they have a notification by email when the hold times reach 10 minutes. I cannot find anything related to this for the Mitel 3300? Do you guys know of any type of notification by email for hold times?

Has anyone gotten these to work with the 3300? We have used several Polycom 7000 conference phones before, but I am having trouble getting the 8500 to work. I have looked through some guides but hoped someone here had one working that could help. Thanks

Mitel Software Applications / Wait Timer Email?

Is there a way through the controller or an application to send an email once an ACD call queue wait timer reaches a certain time? For example if someone is waiting in a ACD queue for 10 minutes, generate an email to notify management of a long wait time? I know other PBX's have this option, but I cannot find anything from Mitel. Thanks in advance. For reference we are on software version 8.0 SP3 and have Micollab and PrarieFyre.

Mitel Software Applications / Report missing from CCMWeb

We recently upgraded a customer's Micollab server and since the upgrade one of the existing scheduled reports is missing. I am not sure if Mitel did something custom for them but the old reports looks normal. The report name is "Extension Group Accounting Trace". Is there a way to add this report back?
