MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / User needs to change custom recording

I need a way to have a user make a custom recording. (We have a Mitel MiVoice Office 250, just migrated from 5000)
Basically we need the golf shop to record the course conditions daily. When people call in to the golf shop menu, they have the option to hear the course conditions. I set this up as a simple call routing announcement.
The problem is that I need a way for them to change this daily. It needs to be idiot proof, and I really don't want them having the possibility of changing anything else accidentally.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
